Rahim’s passion for data and extracting new insights has been at the forefront of his career. This has allowed him to provide novel tools and advice to the team he supports, and he has become a trusted business advisor at IBM Canada.
With this desire to provide data-driven decision making, he is in the midst of obtaining his Masters in Management Analytics at Queen’s University. Rahim has also found that brainstorming and improving processes has played a pivotal role in his career. He was an instrumental part of the team that re-engineered the sales quota setting process at IBM Canada.
Rahim is currently the Cloud & Cognitive Software CFO at IBM Canada. He manages the financial metrics for a pivotal part of IBM Canada’s strategic outlook.
Rahim’s passion for analytics is not confined to his work life and he is keen on using his experience and knowledge to give back to society. He is always looking for avenues to contribute towards the many communities in Canada and, therefore, the ability to contribute towards Pink Attitude’s vision is both humbling and exciting.
