Endu Gentles is a dynamic leader who uses her strong business acumen to proactively and effectively decipher critical business opportunities, establish strategic direction and energizes her teams to take risks and execute results.

Endu is recognized as a business partner who quickly builds trust and relationships across an organization, breaks down barriers and always challenges what is possible. She has extensive experience in driving change throughout organizations that is aligned with the strategy and delivers intended business outcomes.

Currently, Endu holds the position of Vice President, Enterprise Project Management Office with IGM Financial. In this role, Endu is responsible to ensure sustainable change is executed within the organization by working in close partnership with IGM business leaders to seamlessly deliver projects in support of IGM’s strategic objectives.

Prior to IGM Financial, Endu held senior positions at BMO Financial Group, CIBC, Lucent Technologies and General Electric and has worked in North America, Europe and in Asia.

Endu has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Industrial Relations and Psychology from the University of Toronto.

A strong believer of “pay it forward”, Endu actively seeks out opportunities to partner and mentor youth and has been involved with Junior Achievement of Canada and is participating in the support of Women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
